根据马来西亚1967年所得税法令第74部，
第五条，遗嘱执行人不得分发死者的产业，除非完全或合理的缴交税务。
第六条, 不遵守第五条，遗嘱执行人将须支付违约金相等于应纳税额。

所以人死了，还须付清所有的债务。
